If the grim reaper does not kill, the earth will be filled with extraordinary abilities that will enhance its beauty. Truly, the graveyard is full with unfulfilled dreams, desires, and expectations. Anyone who loses the fight against the grim reaper, no matter how young, old, handsome, ugly, strong, or weak, is a big loss for humanity.

When people die, we lose much more than their bodies. We lose experience, insight, talent, and individual contributions to humanity. Truly, only God is irreplaceable, yet some persons cannot be replaced within a certain time span. They exist in a variety of disciplines, including art, literature, science, and architecture. A specific person is always assigned to a given season.

The Yoruba movie business is no exception. There is an extensive list of renowned actors and actresses who have passed away. Racheal Oniga, a Delta native who settled in the Yoruba cinema industry, was one of these outstanding actresses. The gorgeous lady from Eku, Delta, who was born in Ebute-Metta, Lagos, has won the hearts of her followers with her talents.

In 1993, the late Oniga gloriously entered the film industry, appearing in both English and Yoruba films. She was stunningly gorgeous and bright. Her contributions to the progress of the Nigerian film industry are indisputable. Her efforts to ensure the production of high-quality films that promoted values, particularly culture and traditions, were significant. Her performances in Owo Blow, Onome, Sango, and Superstory – a television series – were all successes.
